What we collect

When you send a project enquiry: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (if you give it), and the project details you choose to share, such as location, budget, size and your message.

When you subscribe to our field notes: your email address.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: whatever you send us in that conversation.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and plan your project, and, if you subscribed, to send you new articles. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it is kept

Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in CIVITAS’s private Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail), which only our team can access. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep basic technical records, such as IP addresses, for security.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may store one small preference if you switch between the phone and computer versions.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to respond to you or to carry out your project, and for records we must keep by law. You can unsubscribe from the field notes at any time.
