CIVITAS is an engineering, design and construction company for private clients, and above all for families building a home.
We take a project from the first conversation to the final handover, with one team responsible for all of it: consultation, design and planning, engineering and construction. Our engineers, draughtsmen and accountants work side by side, and we use AI alongside industry-standard software to plan, draw and estimate with care.
CIVITAS is a new name, but not a new builder. We are the private-sector company of Rathna Constructions (Pvt) Ltd, and three decades of its engineering experience stand behind every house we build.

CIVITAS brings the discipline of public-works engineering to the private sector, with houses at its centre. A home is a different kind of project: it is personal, the owner is part of every decision, and the design has to fit one family and one piece of land.

For three decades, Rathna Constructions has focused on government construction: buildings, highways, bridges, irrigation and drainage, working in partnership with the North Western Province Engineering Department. Public projects demand strict specifications, large-scale coordination and dependable delivery.
